Welcome to the MacMillan Language Centre webpage and thank you for taking the time to learn a little bit about our school. My name is Ian MacMillan and I am the co-owner and Director of Studies for MLC. The first thing I thought of when I arrived here was that the people deserved better. They deserve better from the places where they shop, they deserve better from government bureaucrats, they deserve better from their schools, and they deserve better from their language schools.

I am here in Odessa to provide a better language learning experience. That is my job. At MLC we are committed to providing the best English courses in Odessa. I am completely dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. It is my personal guarantee that if you put in an honest effort into learning English with us you will not be disappointed with the results.
